The GDPR substantially updates the law governing the processing of personal data of individuals who are located in the European Union and European Economic Area. In anticipation of the GDPR, we are attaching, and incorporate by reference into our business terms, a Data Protection Compliance Agreement (”DPA”) relating to the Processing of Personal Data to reflect the parties’ agreement with regard to the Processing of the same.
